I have no construction experience at all — is this still for me?
That is exactly who it is made for. You don’t need to be able to join the discussion, you need to understand what comes when. Technical terms are explained where they appear.
I already have the free guide “Altbau ohne Albtraum”. What does the course add?
The guide gives you the order. The course goes further: it explains the building physics of your period building and how a radiator swap lowers the flow temperature. It separates the real legal obligations from sales pitches and gives you the counter-question for conversations with advisers. And it shows which mandatory document to demand from your adviser, how to use the iSFP bonus and why a contract signed without a funding clause can cost you your entire subsidy.
Does the course replace planning or professional advice?
No. Every building has its own fabric. The roadmap tells you in which order to decide — not what will come out in your specific building. Nor does it replace an individual renovation roadmap (iSFP): that is drawn up by a certified expert — module 4 shows you how to find the right one. If you need an outside view at some point, we answer your questions in the Altbau-Sprechstunde (60 minutes by video, €149 incl. VAT); the initial conversation for orientation (20 minutes, by video or phone) is free of charge.
