As an engineer for existing buildings, I see the same mistakes in almost every project: the new heating system is installed before anyone knew how much heat the building will still need. The windows are sealed before the roof was tight. The plaster is fresh before the wiring was laid.

That is exactly who it is made for. You don’t need to be able to join the discussion, you need to understand what comes when. Technical terms are explained where they appear.

Does the course replace planning or professional advice?
No. Every building has its own fabric. The roadmap tells you in which order to decide — not what will come out in your specific building. If you need an outside view at some point, you can request a consultation.
