Here you can withdraw from a contract you concluded online with Sustainabim — for example the purchase of a video course or the booking of an old-building consultation (Altbau-Sprechstunde). Fill in the details and click “Confirm withdrawal”.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired. You will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by email containing your notice and the date and time of receipt.
