Book a meeting

The free initial conversation by video or phone takes 20 minutes and is there for orientation: we understand your concern and tell you which next step fits. Concrete answers to your questions are worked out in the old-building consultation (Altbau-Sprechstunde) — 60 minutes by video on a topic of your choice, followed by a short written summary — for €149 incl. VAT. Site visits and all further consultation are provided on the basis of a quote. Choose the type and time — you will receive confirmation as soon as we have checked the appointment, usually on the same working day.

Altbau-Sprechstunde
60 minutes of consultation by video (Google Meet) with Thomas Tergan about your old building — you choose the topic, for example renovation and the order of works, statutory obligations, subsidies, quotes from tradespeople or a planned purchase. The conversation is held in German. Documents in advance: you can send us up to 5 files (photos, drawings or quotes; 20 pages in total at most), no later than 24 hours before the appointment, as a reply to your booking confirmation; we go through them before the conversation. More extensive reviews, such as a full comparison of quotes or an expert report, are provided on the basis of a quote. Afterwards you will receive a short written summary of the points discussed and our recommendations by email, within 5 working days of the conversation. We assess legal questions from a technical perspective; this does not replace legal advice. Total price 149,00 €

incl. 19% VAT, no further costs · paid in advance online via Stripe: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Klarna.

Our terms and conditions (German, section “Altbau-Sprechstunde”) apply. Your right of withdrawal is explained in the cancellation policy for services (German). The contract language is German.
